Established in 2012, the SELCO OverDrive Digital Collection is a regional collection of ebooks, audiobooks and digital magazines. The collection is a cooperative purchase, with content funded by 35 member public libraries and SELCO contributing to platform fee costs.
The OverDrive Selectors Committee, led by the Committee Chair, select materials to meet the needs and interests of the communities in the entire region. SELCO administers the contract and the reciprocal lending agreements between Rochester Public Library and Traverse des Sioux and provides administrative assistance to the Committee as necessary.
